Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please submit a cancellation request to hello@ioliving.co.uk or call 01173 322 689

If the items have already been dispatched you’ll need to cancel at the point of receipt by refusing delivery, or by contacting the InsideOut customer care team within 30 days of receipt. Our customer care team will then arrange a free collection at your earliest convenience.

Returns

Here at InsideOut, we believe that returning your product should be as easy as buying it. You can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt

Email your return request to hello@ioliving.co.uk or call 01173 322 689 and we’ll arrange a free return at your convenience. If you’re returning your entire order, we’ll also refund any associated delivery fees.

Small to Medium Sized Items – Our dedicated customer care team will send you a prepaid return label. Just print the label, stick it on the box and drop it off at one of 2,500 drop off points at your convenience

Medium to Large Sized Items – Our customer care team will send you a prepaid return label. Just print it off, stick it on the box and our team will work with you to arrange a suitable collection date and time

Large Items – We’ll arrange for our 2-man delivery partner to collect the items from a room or location of your choice at your convenience

Items must be returned complete, unused, in their original packaging (or packaging of equivalent standard) and in a fully re-sellable condition. Please re-pack the items with care, ensuring that you package your return in a way that will prevent any damage in transit

The returned item will be fully inspected upon receipt into our warehouse, at which point we will notify you of your pending refund or replacement

InsideOut Living reserve the right to refuse a refund if any of the above conditions have been breached, most notably if the products are deemed to be;

  • Used
  • Incomplete
  • Unsellable condition

If any of these conditions are deemed to have been breached, the goods will be returned to you

Damaged Items

Please ensure that you check all items upon receipt, as damaged items must be notified to our customer care team within 48 hours of receipt

You will need to send us a picture, along with a brief description of the damage

Our team will assess your complaint, and either provide you with a full refund, arrange for a repair or provide you with a replacement

Faulty Items

If your item develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, we’ll offer you a refund, exchange or repair

If your item develops a fault after 30 days, but within 6 months of receipt we’ll offer to repair or replace your items. If both a repair or replacement are deemed to unavailable (due to disproportionately high costs, would cause major inconvenience and take an unreasonable long time) you’ll be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the case in question.

Manufacturer warranties and guarantees also apply to certain products, more details of which can be found on the individual product pages

Please note, that InsideOut Living cannot be held responsible for damage that was caused through normal wear and tear

Incorrect Item

If you have received an incorrect item please contact the InsideOut customer care team on hello@ioliving.co.uk or 01173 322 689. Our team will arrange a free collection of the said item, and will endeavour to find a replacement as soon as possible.

 

Refund

Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order within 3 working days of receiving the product back into our warehouse. If this isn’t possible we will contact you by phone or email

Debit card – 3 working days

Credit Card – this can take a little longer

Paypal - 2 working days

Finance Option - 2 working days
